Hike & Seekers
Small Group Hiking Sessions
This is a 6-week group program, led by an occupational therapist, that is geared toward children who are 6-12 years old and would benefit from building motor, sensory processing, social-emotional, and/or executive functioning skills. It takes place on Saturday mornings for 60 minutes. Children will have the opportunity to engage in nature-based activities and hike along trails with others. It is a great way to work on skill development while socializing with others!

Individual sessions are 1:1 skilled occupational therapy services. An intake process will be completed to determine if your child would benefit from receiving services. If services are deemed appropriate, goals will be developed and addressed during their outdoor-based occupational therapy sessions.
